What we collect
This website collects only the personal information you choose to provide through its forms: your name, email address, and phone number, and, where a form asks for it, details about a property you own or are curious about, such as its address, type, size, condition, and your selling timeline. The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser; nothing you type into them is stored or transmitted anywhere.
Why we collect it
Your information is used for two purposes only: to respond to the enquiry you sent, a question, a home evaluation request, a rental enquiry, presale VIP access, and, if you subscribed, to send you new articles and market updates by email. We do not use your information for any purpose you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is shared only with the service providers that make this website function, the form-processing service that delivers your submission to Sanam's inbox, and Google, whose embedded Maps power the map on the contact page and which may collect usage data under its own privacy policy when a map loads. Beyond that, information stays between you and Sanam.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Third-party embeds such as Google Maps may set their own cookies when they load, governed by their own policies.
Email consent & unsubscribing
In line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), you will only receive commercial email, including article and market-update mailings, if you asked for it. Every mailing includes an unsubscribe option, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by using it or by emailing info@sanam.homes. Unsubscribe requests are honoured promptly.
Your rights
Under the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, and to request that it be corrected or deleted. To exercise any of these rights, send a request to the address below and it will be answered within the timelines those laws require.
