Buyers, sellers, and investors across Greater Vancouver on what it's actually like to work with Sanam, in their own words.
Read client experiencesAfter years shaping minds as a dedicated teacher, Sanam Farid made a transformative career shift into real estate, and kept the same mission: to empower people with knowledge and confidence.
As an educator, Sanam learned the importance of patience, clarity, and putting others' needs first. That's the foundation of her approach to real estate: no one should make significant decisions, especially about buying, selling, or managing property, without fully understanding the process and every option available. Her philosophy is simple but unique: education first, decisions second.
To deepen her expertise, she moved into developer sales, spending five years with Denna Homes and selling over a hundred homes during her time there, a large share of them at Apex, the final tower in the master-planned Seylynn Village community in North Vancouver. She worked behind the scenes on large-scale projects and directly with clients of every kind, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. That work spans developer sales, luxury real estate, and property management, and it taught her how both end users and investors actually evaluate a property, not how the brochure says they do. Today it powers her work as Sales & Marketing Manager for WREN Upper Westside and on presale projects across the province.
Real estate, in her view, is not a transaction but a long-term investment. Whether you're buying a first home, upgrading your lifestyle, or building wealth through property, the relationship shouldn't end at completion. She stays involved well past the purchase, through leasing, tenant placement, and ongoing management, so the same advisor who helped you buy the asset is the one helping you run it.
Real estate can be overwhelming: regulations, taxes, and market trends change overnight. So she keeps writing and explaining, breaking complex topics into clear, actionable guidance in English and Farsi, whether that's a plain-language article, a walk-through of a contract, or an honest answer on a first phone call. At the heart of everything is a commitment to building relationships, not just closing deals.
Every option explained in plain language. The decision is always yours, and it's always informed.
Developer-sales experience means honest reads on presale pricing, timelines, and fine print, even when the answer is "wait."
The goal isn't the closing table. It's an advisor who's still there through leasing, management, and whatever you buy next.
Whether you're months from a decision or ready now, a relaxed conversation is the best first step.
